Identifying Confidence Scores
A confidence score is assigned to each email in a contact profile. Access the email confidence scores through the Contact Profile, or directly in the Company Emails and Contact Emails columns.
Click on the contact’s name to open their Contact Profile, and then access email(s) through the Email section. Email Confidence scores will be displayed on the right side of each provided email, providing a quick glance view of the Total AI score.

Access email confidence scores directly from the Contact Emails and Company Emails columns after a contacts search, or in the My Contacts tab. Simply hover over the specific table cell to display all present emails and confidence scores for that contact.

How is Total AI calculated?
Total AI is derived from multiple signals within each piece of data, such as the frequency of the data identified, the source of the data, and validation signals of the data, in addition to elements such as open rate and other success signals. Our AI aggregates all of this data across sources and scores this data from 0 - 100%. The higher the score, the more confidence the signals display for that piece of data on that contact or company.
Filtering by Total AI Scores
1. Navigate to the My Contacts page through the Contacts icon on the left navigation pane.
2. Using the filter funnel, apply any preferred filters to tailor down to targeted contacts. To apply a Total AI threshold, access the Total AI Filter bullseye icon.

3. Set your Contact Confidence and AI Threshold range that is best for your company’s outreach needs and industry trends, and specify the email type if desired.
Select from preset ranges, Low, Medium, and High, or use the slider scale to customize the Total AI threshold range.

4. Save your Total AI Threshold preferences to display the contacts with contact profile information that matches applied filters.
5. Export the list to your CRM or download into a CSV.
