Trevor's role entails overseeing his organization's growth strategy, so that's focusing on sales and marketing. He works with enterprise-level accounts and startups looking to either disrupt new products or make a name for themselves and create a unique experience in a retail environment.When he first joined InStore Design & Display, he had one goal in mind:
When we first came in here, we knew what we wanted to build. We wanted to create exactly what everyone else wants to do: a reoccurring revenue model.
They decided that the best way to go about it was to look at SaaS companies. While they aren't a SaaS company, they wanted to emulate how those companies were able to penetrate key accounts at such high speeds. And so they did, by bringing in modern technologies and elite tech stacks, they were able to transform their slow and clunky manufacturing market into what rivals some of the best SaaS companies.
But they knew that they needed a data provider, and manually building a fully curated list of target clients wasn't going to cut it.
