Mike Kraft is the CEO of Kraftware, a company that provides cutting edge marketing and sales strategies and solutions to help other companies increase productivity, collaboration, and efficiency. They help organizations build out their sales processes, help sales managers keep track of those sales processes, and help salespeople follow those sales processes.
Despite his knowledge of sales processes, Mike had never done any sales. As a fairly well known figure in his industry, he had a lot of companies reach out to him directly when he first started.
It got to the point when COVID hit, I had already been on a year drought with no sales coming in. And we were running into the red with our funds and our company. So I realized that, you know what, I need to figure out this sales thing.
