Getting Started
Our platform is designed to be intuitive, but if you ever need a hand, Seamless.AI offers multiple ways to get assistance:
- In-App Help: Click the Get Help icon at the top right corner of the platform for quick access to all resources.
- Live & On-Demand Training: Learn at your own pace or join interactive sessions with our experts.
- Support Ticket Submission: Reach out for personalized help with your account or platform issues.
- Chat & Email Support: Speak with our virtual assistant or email us directly.
- Knowledge Center: Find tutorials, videos, and FAQs to guide you every step of the way.

Chat with Support
Access our in-app chat bot in the menu bar in the top right corner of the screen, look for the chat message icon, for real-time assistance from our virtual assistant.

Submit a Support Ticket
Need technical help or want to report an issue? To submit a support ticket directly click here.
After opening a support ticket, the Seamless.AI team will reach out with 24-48 hours to email provided or associated with your account.
