Downloading Into a CSV in My Contacts

How to download your contacts from your Seamless.AI account so that you can take all of your data from Seamless.AI and get it into your favorite CRM, marketing automation platform, or dialer.

Downloading/Importing Contacts can be done individually or in bulk!

Exporting Contacts: A Guide to Downloading into CSV Format

1. Click into your My Contacts.
2. Filter your contacts with the funnel icon on the left side of the page. If you're looking to download all contacts you can skip this step.
3. Once your filters are applied, click the Download button in the top right corner to download your entire list.
   • ‍Optional: You can choose a date range to download from. You have to option from today, last 7 days, current month and prior month.
4. Select your Download type between Raw, Clean, or Custom. Selecting Custom means that you can pick and choose the fields included in your .CSV export.

Pro-Tip: Once you select your fields for the custom download and download the file, you don’t have to re-select them for the next one!

Definitions of File Download Type Options

Explore the various file download type options and their definitions to choose the format that best suits your needs and preferences.

• Download All/Filtered (Clean): Use this to download All Contacts from your My Contacts (or My Companies) list. Cleaned Data will provide you with the most accurate data regarding each contact and will exclude invalid information.
• Download All/Filtered (Raw): Use this to download All Contacts from your My Contacts (or My Companies) list. Raw Data will provide you with all data that was found on the contact (Be aware that this includes any invalid emails or phone numbers).
• Download All/Filtered (Custom): Use this to download to tailor your data exports according to specific criteria and preferences. This feature allows for a personalized selection of contact information, ensuring that users can extract exactly the data they need for their unique business requirements.

You can add other columns for information that you would like, but here are some we recommend you include!

• First Name
• Last Name
• Company Name
• Title
• Email 1, Email 2, Email 3
• Company Phone 1
• Contact Phone 1, Contact Phone 2, Contact Phone 3
