Domain Authentication is very important when sending from a third-party email vendor like HubSpot, Active Campaign, Mailchimp, etc. This setting is what will tell the receiving server that you are who you say you are and that you have authority to send from that third party vendor. Many servers are set up to automatically reject email domains that don't have this setup already and it can have a big impact on your delivery rates. You may have a valid email for a contact from Seamless, but if your domain isn't authenticated it may still bounce and not deliver.
Your network administrator should be able to set this up and it only takes a few minutes to complete! These steps aren't done within the Seamless platform, but we've grabbed the help articles from a few of the more common email platforms that can walk you through that process.
