Trukmann's Repographics Thrives

Paul Korman is the CEO at Trukmann's Reprographics, a printing company that prints on any flatbed including but not limited to rocks, doors, PDC, and polystyrene.

When COVID-19 hit, the entire printing industry was severely impacted, with business down by 65% to 75% during lockdown and quarantine. The unprecedented circumstance put Paul's business in a difficult circumstance.

Then one day, a coffee shop ordered 3 sheets of sneeze shields. The shop owner was so pleased with the order, that he decided to place more orders at 2 more locations.

That led to more word of mouth being spread, which brought even more business for him from law firms, medical offices, ice cream stores, engineering offices, etc.

And so, when we realized who we could reach and how important it was going to be to have emails to reach people because everybody was home, we started hitting with a vengeance office managers, administrators, school, administrators, township, administrators, you know, pretty much anybody who was responsible for getting people back to work.

Results

So the moment Paul found Seamless from a Facebook Ad in April, he quickly snatched up 5 licenses, and put 4 of his employees on list building and prospect research.

Soon enough, business for acrylic installations began to rise and he was able to take a couple of people off of prospecting.

In fact, the only reason keeping Paul from joining the seven figure club was bandwidth. They simply did not have the manpower to fulfill $1M worth of business. They also didn't have enough people handling the research, calls, and prospect prequalification to generate $1M in business.

Although Paul expects that to change over time, now that he has Seamless at his disposal.
