Prior to joining Seamless, he worked in a sales role at a non-profit for about 7 months, so he wasn't too experienced.
In hindsight, he noticed that there were a lot of holes in their sales process, because he was only getting 5 to 6 meetings booked per week. As a result, trying to sell for them was a huge struggle. He wasn't able to "crush quota" as they do at Seamless so easily.
As a result, he was a little frustrated like everybody else. Fortunately, he came across Seamless while he was simultaneously trying to grow his personal training business on the side.
